Once your full voiceover is generated in the new AI voice, cut every line of dialogue separately so you can make a talkie video for each one. In Descript, open a new audio project. When exporting, select "Current Selection" so you get just the highlighted clip, not the whole file. Once the audio is transcribed you can select each line individually. To change a word, select it and rewrite it — it regenerates in the same voice.
